Products Eligible for Return

You can return any product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, without having any traces of being used or opened. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in order to prevent any transport damage from occurring.

Any shipping charges are to be paid by you, the customer.

It is advised to contact us before returning the items so we are informed and guide you through the return procedure.

Return Refunds

As soon as your package returns to us and it passed the inspection process, you should receive a refund within the next 3-5 working days. Alternatively, you can request for a voucher to be used at a later date on our store.
